2. General provisions
These Terms set out the conditions of purchasing in the veloura.hu online shop (hereinafter: the Shop). The language of the contract is Hungarian; this English version is provided for information only, and in case of any discrepancy the Hungarian version prevails. The contract is concluded electronically, it does not qualify as a written contract and is not filed by the Operator. The contract is governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.
3. Products and prices
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the product pages. Product images are illustrations; the actual products may differ slightly. Prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include the shipping cost. In the case of an obviously incorrect price (e.g. HUF 0 or a significantly wrong price), the Operator is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price; in such a case it offers to fulfil the order at the correct price, or the buyer may withdraw from the order.
4. How to order
- You add the selected products to the cart.
- At checkout you enter your shipping and billing details.
- You choose a payment method.
- By clicking the order button at checkout you make an offer that involves an obligation to pay.
You can correct any data entry errors on the checkout page at any time before submitting the order. We send an automatic confirmation e-mail when your order arrives. If you do not receive the confirmation within 48 hours, you are released from your offer. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment methods: (a) online card payment (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link through the secure payment system of Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., when the order is placed; (b) cash on delivery, i.e. the purchase price is paid to the courier when the parcel is received. The Shop does not see or store card details; they are handled exclusively by Stripe.
6. Shipping
We deliver only within Hungary, by home delivery, free of charge. Our supplier partners ship the products directly to the address given. The estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 working days from the order confirmation. A different delivery time is indicated on the product page. If a product is not available, we inform you without delay and refund any amount already paid.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Details and model form: Right of withdrawal. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product due to withdrawal. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you prove that you have sent it back.
8. Warranty and guarantee
In the event of defective performance, you may enforce warranty claims for defects or product warranty claims under the rules of the Civil Code. As a consumer, you may enforce your warranty rights within 2 years of performance; in the first year it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of performance. If the product falls under Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.), a mandatory guarantee also applies. If a product is defective, write to us with a photo using one of the contact details on the Contact page and we will act as quickly as possible.
9. Complaints and legal remedies
You can submit your complaint using the contact details on the Contact page. We reply to written complaints on the merits within 30 days. If we reject your complaint, you may turn to the following bodies:

10. Other
The content of the Shop (texts, visual identity) is protected by copyright. The Operator may amend these Terms unilaterally; amendments do not apply to orders placed before they take effect.
